Plain Curtain Heading Tape (non-eyelet type)

It is different from grommet/eyelet tape.
This type is used to create pleated curtains, not ring-through curtains.

What it is

• Reinforced white fabric tape
• 8cm wide
• Sewn to the top back of the curtain
• Has small woven channels for curtain hooks

How to Use It

Step 1 – Sew the Tape

• Fold the top edge of your curtain fabric.
• Sew this tape along the top back side of the curtain.

Step 2 – Insert Curtain Hooks

• At the back of the tape, you’ll see small vertical woven pockets/threads.
• Insert curtain hooks into these pockets.
• Space hooks evenly (usually every 8–10 cm).

Step 3 – Hang the Curtain

You can hang it on:

• Curtain track runners
• Curtain rings with hooks
• Rail systems
