Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• All goods sold are not returnable or refundable
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify for exchange.
• Change of mind exchange, return or refund are not accepted.
• Exchange must be done in person at our office during our office hour

2. Once approved, you can make appointment to exchange at our office during office hour
3. We will inspect the item before making any exchange.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
